Her hands gently steer the sheets through the rollers. We start on number 1 and work our way through to number 7 on the machines settings.

Translucent it hangs in the garden: a portrait of our days work. Speckled with black sesame seeds.

Using a circular pasta cutter, we fill each circle with biodynamic mince and fold the pasta in two, to make moon shapes. Then press the edges closed with our fork.
